Before you ask
Where is my order?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days with tracking by email. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 days, message us and we'll trace it.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes — subscribe at checkout for 20% off for life, pause or cancel anytime. Subscribers also get early access to new formulas.
Can I return a product?
Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days. If a formula doesn't agree with you, tell us — we'll make it right or refund you.
